Declining photo or video permission does not affect training eligibility, price, or the ability to book.
1. If I actively choose to give permission
For the identified athlete and activity, I permit Future Ballers to capture appropriate training photographs or video and use the athlete's image and voice to describe and promote the gym on its website, gym-operated social-media accounts, and printed gym materials, without payment. This does not authorize humiliating content, disclosure of medical or contact information, use of the athlete's full name, or sale or licensing to unrelated advertisers.
2. Declining or withdrawing
I can leave the separate permission choice unselected or withdraw permission for future use by contacting futureballers2026@gmail.com. Future Ballers should stop new promotional use after processing the request and make reasonable efforts to remove material it controls. It may not be possible to recover printed material already distributed or copies reposted by others. Permission is not irrevocable.
3. What this does not cover
This is not consent to security surveillance, facial recognition, unrelated third-party advertising, or unrestricted use forever. The gym must separately assess and disclose any security-camera practices. I must be the adult athlete or an authorized parent or legal guardian. Merely visiting this page, paying, or accepting the waiver is not a photo-permission choice.
