BOOKING &
GYM POLICIES.
These policies apply to bookings with Future Ballers, LLC ("Future Ballers"). All times and cutoffs use Central Time (America/Chicago), including daylight-saving changes. Check the date, trainer, court, price, and cancellation terms before paying.
1. How booking works
Individual and small-group basketball and volleyball training can be booked directly when a session is available and the athlete is eligible. A booking is confirmed only after your payment is verified and your account shows it as confirmed; you will also receive a confirmation email. Starting checkout, saving a review, or seeing a payment-return page is not confirmation.
Online booking closes one hour before class starts. A spot is held for you only for the short time shown while you pay; an unpaid hold expires automatically. Birthday parties use a separate request-and-approval process. Camps and clinics, when offered, will list their own dates, prices, and cancellation terms before registration opens.
Each published session shows its trainer, price, and available spots. Basketball individual sessions have one spot and basketball small groups are capped at six. Volleyball limits vary by class and trainer; beginner, intermediate, and advanced volleyball classes are normally capped at ten.
2. Family cancellations: individual and small-group training
- At least two hours before the start: a full refund of the session price paid. Exactly two hours qualifies.
- Less than two hours, but before the start: a 50% refund of the session price paid.
- At or after the start, including a no-show: no refund.
To cancel, email your booking reference (for example, FB-1004) and the athlete's name to futureballers2026@gmail.com. We use the time your email is received to apply this policy and will reply to confirm the cancellation and any refund.
To reschedule, cancel under the terms above and book an open session, or contact us first. Asking for a different time does not by itself move or cancel the original booking.
3. Basketball skills packages: six sessions in eight weeks
The $130 package includes six sessions to use within eight weeks. Skills classes are held on Mondays. Buying a package does not reserve classes; choose each session from your family account.
The eight weeks begin at the first available class after your payment is verified, even if the athlete does not attend it, and last 56 days. Your account shows the exact start and end dates. Choosing a later first class does not move the window.
Each reservation uses one session. Cancel a reservation before it starts to get that session back; a family cancellation does not extend the eight weeks. A reservation that is missed without cancelling still uses a session. Unused sessions do not roll over and expire without a cash refund, except as required by law. Buy a new package after all six sessions are used or the window ends.
4. If the trainer or gym cancels
If we cancel a paid training session, you receive a full refund of that session's payment. No late-cancellation charge applies.
If we cancel a skills class you reserved, the session goes back to your package. If fewer than seven days remain in your package when we cancel, we also add one week to your package's end date.
This also applies to cancellations for coach illness, severe weather, or facility safety. We will contact affected families using the contact details on file. Refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Birthday parties — request first
Gym rental for a birthday party is $250 for two hours, plus $75 for each additional hour. Submitting a party request does not reserve the gym; each party needs staff approval. Before you pay, we will confirm in writing the date, time, guest count, supervision, setup, food, cleanup, any deposit, and the cancellation terms for your party.
6. Prices, payments, and refunds
The price shown before you pay is the price you are charged. Later price changes do not affect a booking that is already confirmed. Card details are entered only on Stripe's secure checkout page — never send card information by email or text.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. If a refund or confirmation seems to be missing, contact us — do not pay a second time to fix it. These policies do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Arrival, supervision, and pickup
Wait in the lobby or viewing area until staff invites athletes onto the court. Parents may leave during the scheduled session as long as we have current emergency contacts. Training is not childcare before or after the session, so please arrive on time and pick up by the session's end. Use care at the entrance and parking area; there is no designated drop-off lane.
Sessions normally end on time even after a late arrival. Staff may pause unsafe activity or disruptive conduct.
8. Court rules, health, and personal property
Change into clean court shoes before entering the playing surface. Use only assigned courts and permitted equipment. Keep food off the courts, and keep stairs and exits clear. Spectators should use the upstairs viewing area and enter training areas only when staff directs. Bullying, harassment, fighting, and intentionally unsafe behavior are not permitted.
Report injuries and safety concerns promptly. Contact us privately about any restrictions or accommodations; please don't put detailed medical information in booking notes. Follow the concussion and return-to-play information. Please keep track of personal belongings.
9. Photos, records, and changes to these policies
Photo and video permission is separate and optional; declining does not affect participation. The privacy notice explains how we use and protect family records.
If we update these policies, the new version applies to bookings made after the change; it does not replace the version you accepted for an existing booking. Questions go to futureballers2026@gmail.com.
