1. Who we are and who should use this service

The booking service is operated by Future Ballers, LLC, 2162 County Road 761, Brookland, Arkansas. Privacy questions: futureballers2026@gmail.com.

Family accounts are for parents or legal guardians aged 18 or older. Children should not create accounts. The adult who creates the account must have authority to provide and manage the child's details.

2. Information we collect and why

• Account and security: sign-in email, account identifiers, verification records, and security logs, used to protect accounts and control access. Passwords and login codes are handled by our sign-in provider; never send them to staff.
• Family profile: guardian name and phone, emergency-contact name and phone, and athlete name, age, and grade, used for scheduling, eligibility, and emergency contact.
• Bookings and packages: athlete, dates, trainer, court, prices, confirmation and cancellation status, package dates, reservations, and remaining sessions, used to provide the service you purchased.
• Agreement records: the account and athlete, the exact document version shown, your choices, and the time you accepted, used to keep a record of what was agreed.
• Payment references: amounts, payment and refund status, and Stripe transaction identifiers, used for receipts, refunds, accounting, and disputes. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
• Communications: messages you send us and email delivery records for booking confirmations and service notices.

3. Who can see family records

Families can see only the records linked to their own account. Trainers see only the roster for their own sessions: athlete names and guardian names, emails, and phone numbers. Trainers do not have general access to family profiles, emergency contacts, payment records, or refunds.

Authorized Future Ballers administrators can access records as needed to run the gym. Relevant information may be shared with emergency responders when necessary for an athlete's safety.

4. Medical information

We do not collect medical information through the booking service. Please do not enter diagnoses, medications, injury histories, insurance numbers, or medical documents in booking forms or send them by ordinary email. Contact us to share a safety need privately.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use these providers to run the service. They may process information only to provide their service to us.

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• Supabase: account sign-in, database storage, and access controls.
• Stripe: secure checkout, payments, and refunds. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.
• Resend: booking confirmation and service emails.
• Google: our Gmail contact mailbox. Some pages load Google Fonts, which receives basic connection information such as IP address and browser type.
• jsDelivr: delivers a software library used by some pages and receives basic connection information.

We may also share records with professional advisers, insurers, emergency responders, or authorities when reasonably necessary and legally permitted — for example for safety, an insurance claim, or a lawful request. Links to outside sites are covered by those sites' own privacy practices.

6. Children's information and your choices

If you believe a child submitted information directly, contact us and we will investigate and remove it as appropriate.

A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct, or delete their child's records by emailing us. Include enough detail to identify the account — never a password, card number, or medical attachment. We may need to verify your authority, and we may keep certain records when required for legal, insurance, accounting, or dispute reasons.

7. Photos and marketing

Photo and video permission is a separate, optional choice and is not required to book. You can withdraw it for future use by contacting us.

Booking confirmations and service notices are not marketing. Booking does not sign you up for promotional messages. We do not sell family information or use athlete information for targeted advertising.

8. Cookies, security, and how long we keep records

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security, and keeping your session working. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us right away (without emailing your password).

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, insurance, or dispute obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

9. Changes to this notice

If we make material changes, we will post the new version with its effective date and let families know as required. Accepting this notice confirms it was shown to you; it is not permission for unrelated uses or a substitute for any consent the law requires.
